Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a policy and charging execution function (PCEF) device, and online charging device and method. The online charging method comprises: receiving a policy and charging control (PCC) rule from a policy and charging function (PCRF) device; on the basis of the PCC rule, determining that a service data flow of a user equipment is a sponsor service data flow sponsored by a sponsor; under a condition that the sponsor service data flow is an online charging, determining whether the PCEF device has a credit quota available for the sponsor service data flow, on the basis of a fee rate group of the sponsor service data flow contained in the PCC rule; under a condition that the PCEF device has no credit quota available for the sponsor service data flow, sending a credit control request containing the fee rate group to an online charging device. |
