Long shelf-life food composition comprising butter and white vinegar, optionally combined with a dry white wine and a product chosen from shallots, sorrel, basil and tarragon. This composition also includes a product chosen from cereal flours, cereal starches, edible salts, sugars, fats, flavourings, sodium glutinate, onions, physiologically compatible vegetable extracts, condiments, dextrines and mixtures thereof, a sufficient amount of water also being incorporated in this product. |
