A sealable bag of flexible material is provided with a separate inlet element 3 with an aperture for filling the bag with material, for example liquid, the inlet element being fixed to the bag. A separate element 7 is designed for sealing the filling aperture from the inside of the bag. According to the invention the sealing element 7 for sealing the filling aperture is designed for detachable sealing engagement with the inlet element 3, which allows a subsequent partial emptying and refilling of the bag. Furthermore the separate inlet and sealing elements 3, 7 are essentially dimensionally stable and both have means 6, 12 of engagement with operating equipment 13-16 mounted outside the bag, which is designed for opening or sealing the filling aperture. The invention also relates to a method and an arrangement for sterile filling of the bag. <IMAGE>
