Inside apparatus(1) has more than one pair of screwed inclined extruded and hollowed pieces (3,3')(4,4') around the shaft line. Extruded and hollowed pieces (5,5')(6,6') of an outside apparatus (2) are assembled with those of the inside apparatus. The pieces (3,3', 4,4', 5,5', 6,6') are established on the vertical contact plane of the shaft not to interfere with each other. The apparatus has a plane portion(7,8,9,10) between the pieces. For a comfortable joint the center angle of the plane portion is larger than that of the pieces. A stopper (11,12) of the inside apparatus prevents the moving of the apparatus (1,2) when tension is placed on the apparatus.
