The invention relates to a packaging film for disinfection sheets for mite infestation in beehives. In order to prevent the release of formic acid, a low-pressure polyethylene film having a thickness of about 80 mu m and a density of about 0.96 g/cm<3> is used. The film must be free from the lubricants and anti-statics usually used.
