<p>Depilation apparatus comprising moving members for pulling out hair to be removed, said members being driven by an electric motor housed inside a casing capable of being hand-held. Said pulling out members are comprised of two jaws (5) arranged facing each other and coupled to a driving member (3) intended to impart to the jaws an alternating translation motion along the axis (X-Y) parallel to the edges facing said jaws. There is further provided guiding means capable of causing successively the spacing apart and the closing of the two jaws during their displacement in one direction and in the opposite direction, hair emprisoned between the two jaws being pulled out by the effect of the transverse displacement of the jaws when they are held tight against each other. Said apparatus is intended to be used for the removal of hair from the skin.</p> |
