The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic detection and monitoring apparatuses and to an electronic device for audible alarm indication, consisting essentially of a gas-discharge microlamp (1) which is connected in circuitry terms to a capacitive buzzer (2) whose operation is governed by the starting of the said microlamp (1), to be precise on the basis of a signal which arrives from a sensor which is connected to the input of the relevant device through a normally open switch (6) which is closed on each occasion and allows the signal to pass as soon as a disturbance in operation (defect) is detected. A triple set of resistors (3, 4, 5) which are connected to the microlamp (1) and to the buzzer (2) governs the functional range of the oscillation frequency of the buzzer (2) since it is initiated by the starting of the microlamp (1) which is of a different type and is designed depending on the level of the oscillation frequency which is intended to be achieved. <IMAGE>
