PURPOSE:To allow even a person who operates an image forming device for the 1st time to operate the device by providing the device with an audio device which voices the operation procedure of respective operation parts to guide the operator. CONSTITUTION:The audio device 16 is equipped with a storage device for storing operation procedure guidance and a control part which outputs the contents stored in the storage part when they are necessary. This control part is connected to the main control part 20 of an electronic copying machine and confirms whether or not necessary operation is performed. The operation control is carried out by a program stored in the ROM in the speech device 16. Consequently, even an operator who does not have much experience in operation including a person who uses the image forming device for the 1st device can operate the device easily and immediately. |
