Then an operation circuit 4 compares the total unit number of the data of the instructed quantity at each table generated based on the food exchange table corresponding respectively to plural kinds of total unit number stored in the memory for the instructed quantity automatic arrangement in advance with said inputted total unit number. Then the instructed quantity data having the total unit number approximated to the input total unit number is selected and stored in a prescribed area of the memory 1. Thus, the arrangement and storage of the instructed quantity at each table are executed automatically.
