The present invention relates to a flexible lead manufacturing method which can prevent an excessive flow of brazing filler. According to the present invention, the flexible lead manufacturing method comprises a bending step, a washing step, a coating step, an inserting step, a brazing step, and a thickness adjustment step. The bending step bends a middle portion of a leaf. The washing step washes the leaf and a spacer. The coating step coats a brazing boundary surface of the leaf with magnesium oxide. The inserting step stacks the leaf and the spacer to position the spacer on both ends of the leaf and inserts the brazing filler between the lead and the spacer. The brazing step inserts the leaf and the spacer which are stacked into a furnace to braze the leaf and the spacer. The thickness adjustment step presses the brazed leaf and spacer using a press to adjust the thicknesses of the leaf and the spacer. According to the present invention, magnesium oxide is coated on the brazing boundary surface of the leaf to prevent the brazing filler from overflowing when brazing. Therefore, the excessive flow of the brazing filler can be prevented. |
