FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises dissolving accurate weighed portions of powders of phenyndion, omephin and methindione in a 100 ml measuring flask first in 20-30 ml of methanol, held at room temperature until complete dissolution and stirring, then adding same solvent to mark of volume of solutions. Pipette is used to collect accurate volumes of prepared solutions of phenyndion and methindione, volumes of solutions of omephin, acidified with 2.5 ml of 0.1 n hydrochloric acid solution and treated with 3.5 ml of 0.1% methanol solution of anthrone in hydrochloric acid for 5-6 minutes. Then optical density of coloured solutions is measured using a photoelectric colorimeter at wavelength 590 nm.EFFECT: disclosed is a method for determining medicinal agents of indandione-1,3 derivatives in powders of phenyndion, omephin and methindione.1 cl, 5 dwg, 4 tbl, 1 ex |
