Control circuit for a ventilation installation for a single-family house with waste air discharge and supply air intake in connection with a boiler, whose exhaust gases are mixed in with the waste air and are brought into heat exchange with the supply air, a waste air/exhaust gas ventilator and a supply air ventilator being provided, both of which exhibit motors. Both of these motors (55, 56) are connected through a switch (18, 19) to the operating voltage (L, N). The switches can be operated by a differential pressure transmitter (16, 17) only when the waste air/exhaust gas pressure difference across the heat exchanger (6) exceeds a minimum limit of 30 Pa and a maximum limit of 60 Pa is not reached. <IMAGE>
