A beam has flanges (2) manufactured of wood and a beam web connected to the flanges and consisting of metal tubes (4) or metal rods which reciprocally extend between the flanges (2) and which, with end portions, are accommodated in recesses (5, 14, 15) in the flanges (2). In the recesses (5, 14, 15), there are disposed rigid anchorage bodies (9) of plastic, and the tubes or rods (4) extend into them. In the anchorage bodies (9), there are further provided anchorage members (22) connected with the rods, and having portions which extend outside a cross-section of adjacent portions of the rods (4). |
