PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction by using one of transistors (TRs) arranged symmetrically and an arithmetic amplifier so as to control a potential of an output terminal equal to be an output potential of a power supply thereby keeping the voltage of the output terminal constant. CONSTITUTION:A noninverting input terminal of the arithmetic amplifier 101 is connected to a reference voltage source 102 and its output terminal is connected to a control terminal of a TR 104. In the conductive state where a 1st logical information is supplied, the TR 104 and the arithmetic amplifier 101 constitute a negative feedback system so as to function a potential at the output terminal 106 to be equal to the output potential of the reference voltage source 102. Thus, even if the impedance is fluctuated at the conductive state of a TR 103, the potential at the output terminal kept constant.
