PURPOSE:To improve the early coefficient of friction by applying resin composition containing metal powder on the surface of frictional material. CONSTITUTION:A composition containing 1-90vol% of powder of foil of tin, zinc, aluminum and copper in resin such as phenol resin, melamine denatured phenol resin, phenol denatured melamine resin, cashew resin, cashew denatured phenol resin, alkyd resin, acryl resin, cured rubber, etc. is applied on the surface of a frictional material. By this constitution can be improved the early coefficient of friction without presenting vibrational problems such as noises and judder and fading phenomena.
