COLORING OF LAMINATED SAFETY GLASS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated safety glass uniformly colored in an optional shading, by longitudinally changing liquid face of coloring liquid in which part of laminated safety glass is immersed. CONSTITUTION:Part of a laminated safety glass 7 having an inorganic glass surface at one side and surface of synthetic resin to be colored at other side is immersed in a coloring liquid 1 containing oil-soluble pigment housed in a housing vessel 2 and the coloring liquid 1 is gradually discharged into an auxiliary housing vessel 3 through a pump 5 controlled by a controller 6 till the height of the liquid face thereof attains h and then rapidly discharged or the coloring liquid 1 is gradually fed to the housing vessel 2 until height of the liquid face attains from h to H.
