PURPOSE:To obtain a novel photochromic composition having good light resistance, by blending a spirooxazine based photochromic compound with a hindered amine based compound as a light stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by blending (A) spirooxazine based photochromic composition {e.g. preferably formula I, formula II [n is 1-4; A is (substituted)alkylene or arylene; R<4> is alkyl; R<5>-R<16> are H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy(carbonyl), alkoxysulfonyl or alkylsulfonyl; X, Y and Z are CH or N, etc.} with (B) hindered amine based compound {e.g. preferably formula III, formula IV [R<18>-R<20> are H, (substituted)alkyl, cycloalkyl or alkenyl], etc.} as a light stabilizer.
