PURPOSE:To obtain a stable sensitivity-frequency characteristic by fixing the open end part of a cylindrical case to a recessed part, provided on a terminal block, through an elastic adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric porcelain plate 11 is stuck together inside the closed end plane 12a of the cylindrical case 12, and a bimorph vibrator is constituted. The recessed part 13a, for holding the open end part of the cylindrical case 12, is provided on the upper and outer circumference part of the terminal block 13, and the open end part of the cylindrical case 12 is fixed in the recessed part 13a through the elastic adhesive 16. Lead wires 14a, 14b connect between the electrode of the piezo-electric porcelain plate 11 and terminals 15a, 15b, studded on the terminal block 13.
