PURPOSE:To improve universal availability, by providing two pistons orthogona lly arranged in a signal cylinder body for a hydraulic actuator to drive a nozzle shaft. CONSTITUTION:The first piston 22 is movably provided in the rotating direction A andin the axial direction B to a cylinder body 20 of a hydraulic actuator. A nozzle shaft 16 is integrally secured to the first piston 22. From the tip nozzle 12 a wire is let out to provide a desired locus (a rectangular non-circular locus) according to the movement of the nozzle shaft 16 (piston 22). A servo valve 26 is driven and controlled with a servo amplifier 28 by means of a signal, etc., from a position detector 32. In addition, the second piston 40 is provided to the cylinder body 20 and the moving position is controlled on the electric signal supplied to a servo valve 44. Separate pressure oil is respectively supplied to the first and second pistons 20 and 40 with a desired relevant phase and the desired non-circular movement can be given to the nozzle.
