PURPOSE:To fix a bobbin firmly by perforating a tapered center hole into a round rod shaft and forming slittings along the longitudinal direction and making them plural blocks on whose outer perimeter surface is put a slit sleeve, and furnishing the bobbin by putting it on the outer perimeter surface of this slit sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin furnishing device comprises a core bar 10, a core bar retaining portion 11 and a slit sleeve 13, and a bobbin 5 is fixed through the slit sleeve 13. The core bar 10 is formed out of a round rod, and a center hole 15 having a tapered hole 14 which perforates a shaft center portion and opens on the right side is provided by drilling and at the same time, a plurality of slittings are formed radially along the longitudinal direction. The root portion of the core bar 10 is combined by means of the flange of the core bar retaining portion 11. An operating shaft 12 is inserted through the core bar retaining portion 11 and the core bar 10, and blocks formed of the slit sleeve are enlarged and shrinked by means of the operating shaft 12 and the core bar tapered portion 14. At the outer perimeter of the core bar 10, blocks 13 divided into 4 pieces are gathered by means of a spring 33 and are inserted through, and on its outer perimeter is put the bobbin 5 which is fixed tightly and firmly along the whole perimeter.
