PURPOSE:To facilitate the data analysis by providing a means detecting a facsimile picture signal and a signal for communication control and a means storing the facsimile control signal and the picture signal so as to attain the display of the content or its print-out after the facsimile signal is received. CONSTITUTION:A signal sent from a facsimile equipment is given to a facsimile control signal detection section 2 and a facsimile picture signal detection section 3. The facsimile control signal and the facsimile picture signal detected by the facsimile control signal detection section 2 and the facsimile picture signal detection section 3 are converted into a digital signal and sent to a storage control section 4. The storage control section 4 provides a label to the signals to distinguish them from each other and stores the result into a storage section 5. The facsimile control signal and picture signal stored in the storage section 5 are extracted of the required information by referencing the label at the storage in the storage section 5 by the storage control section 4 and displayed on the display section 8 and sent to an external equipment via an interface section 6.
