An electrically conductive substrate having a conductive layer (2) formed on one surface of the substrate (1), a busbar (4) and electrical lead (5) assembly is adhesively bonded onto the conductive layer (2) with the electrical lead portion (5) of the assembly connected to an electrical source or ground. The substrate can be used as a window or viewing screen. The conductive layer (2) can be used as a defogger or as a means for dissipating static electricity or errant electrical emissions. |
