PURPOSE:To prevent the mass generation of inferior cans and to accurately detect the individual inferior can to remove the same, by providing a discriminating alarm apparatus emitting an alarm signal only when the inferior can is continuously generated on the outlet side of a seamer while providing a discrimination apparatus for discriminating an internal pressure inferior can and a discharge apparatus for discharging said inferior can on the outlet side of a treatment apparatus. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus for preparing a liquefied gas packed can, a discriminating alarm apparatus 10 is provided in succession to a seamer 5, and a discrimination apparatus 11 and a discharge apparatus 12 are provided behind a treatment apparatus (a pasteurizer or cooler) 6. The discriminating alarm apparatus 10 does not operate with respect to single-generated abnormality and generates an alarm when continuously detects a predetermined number of inferior cans. By this constitution, the mass generation of inferior cans due to erroneous operation or the trouble of a liquefied gas flow-down apparatus 4 can be prevented. The discrimination apparatus 11 is constituted by combining load cell pressing a can body to measure internal pressure on the basis of the reaction force thereof with a buckling sensor detecting the deformation degree of a lid and detects the inferior can. A removing apparatus 12 discharges the detected inferior can from a conveyor 9.
