PURPOSE:To make the circuit patterns the same independently of the type of the power supply by providing circuit power supply wirings across the power supply wirings and the power supply ground wiring which are placed closely, in parallel and in one direction, and making connections at the required intersections. CONSTITUTION:In a semiconductor integrated circuit device having a plurality of internal circuits, a plurality of power supply wirings for supplying power source and power, and a power supply ground wiring, a first power supply wiring 21, a power supply ground wiring 20 and a second power supply wiring 22 are placed closely, in parallel and in one direction. Orthogonally of these wirings 20-22, circuit power supply wirings 11, 12 are provided and connected to the wirings 20-22 at the required intersections. With this constitution, the power supply wiring patterns can be made the same independently of the type of the power supply, whereby the layout design and the artwork treatment can be simplified.
