PURPOSE:To obtain a plant activator to be added to a container for flower arrangement or to be sprinkled upon root of plant such as BONSAI (potted dwarf tree), comprising powder or granules of a natural radioactive mineral containing mineral components as a nutrient. CONSTITUTION:A plant activator comprising powder or granules of a natural radioactive mineral (e.g. fergusonite) having mineral components such as calcium, iron and manganese contained in the mineral as nutrient. When the plant activa tor is added to a container such as vase or flower bowl for flower arrangement, decomposition of cut of lower is suppressed by synergistic action of radiation released from the radioactive mineral in water and the mineral components eluted in water and the flower arrangement is maintained in a clear state for a long period of time. Similarly in the earth, root growing and nutrition absorb ing actions are promoted and plants are rapidly grown by the synergistic effects of the radiation and the mineral components.
