PURPOSE:To make the device lightweight so as to be easily moved to a desired place, by winding up the winding section of a reel, with a cord with an input plug connected to an AC power source, and by fitting the output plug socket of a DC power source on the external side surface of the reel. CONSTITUTION:A DC power-supply device 1 is composed of the stand unit of the handle 4 of an upper section with the leg section 2 of a lower section, and a rotationally supported reel 10 for an input cord 8. The reel 10 has a winding handle 12 on the edge section of one side wall, and on the central section, a 12 V output plug socket 14 for limiting no-current, a plug socket 20 for 100 V AC, and the like are fitted. Inside the core section of the reel 10, a toroidal type transformer 34 is set so that there may be a center on the rotational center of the rotary shaft 32 of the reel 10, and so is a diode box 42 fitted on capacitors 36, 38 and a radiating plate 40.
