PURPOSE:To prevent a lock tool from mispositioning and also from falling off by providing the lock tool to be energized always in the direction of a lock position in its movement by a spring force and also a positional regulating means between the lock tool and a main body case for regulating the lock tool not to move forward of the case. CONSTITUTION:The positional regulating means for the lock tool 10 is provided between the main body case 1 and the lock tool 10 not to allow the lock tool 10 to move forward of the case even when a front lid 6 is forcibly opened at the time of its loading into a deck. For example, it is functionable that a positional regulating rib 18 is provided on one of either the lock tool 10 or the main body case 1 in parallel to the moving direction of the lock tool 10, and a groove 15 to be fitted with the rib 18 is provided on the other one. In addition, the lock tool 10 is set up to meet the center position of a releasing protrusion 14 for the lock tool 10, so that the lock tool 10 can smoothly be moved parallel without inconvenience such as twisting at the place of the positional regulating means. By this method, there is no inconvenience of the mispositioning or falling-off of the lock tool 10, but the locking function of the front lid is proved with high reliability.
