PURPOSE:To simplify an application program by integrating output data common to all facsimile equipments and an output data corresponding individually to each facsimile equipment into one output request. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile management program section 4 is provided with a request table 7 registering a facsimile data integrating the data common to facsimile equipments 2 and an individual data into one data in a prescribed form, a request reception means 6 receiving the facsimile data from the application program section 5 and registering it to the request table 7, and plural output processing means 8 outputting the facsimile data edited corresponding to the opposite facsimile equipment 2 to be outputted according to the facsimile data registered on the request table 7. Since the common output data in common to all the facsimile equipments and the individual data corresponding to each facsimile equipment are integrated into one output request, the application program is simplified.
