PURPOSE:To form a packing box strong against the load in an up-and-down direction and to easily hold a buffer body, by forming the packing box from a roll plate consisting of bottom panels side panels and lid panels, two end panels and the buffer bodies provided between the end surfaces of the end panels. CONSTITUTION:A roll plate 16 is composed of a blank 18 made of rectangular corrugated cardboard and bottom panels 20, side panels 21 and lid panels 22 are provided by fold lines 19 so as to be connected to each other. Three fold lines 23 and three fold lines 24 crossing them at a right angle are formed to each of end panels 17. Trapezoid flaps 27 are respectively formed to the lower end surfaces 25 of the end panels 17 through fold lines 24 and slits 28 each having a width almost equal to the thickness of the blank are formed to the edge parts of said flaps on the central side thereof. Further, narrow interval prescribing pieces 29 are formed to the upper parts of the end surfaces 25 through fold lines 24 and rectangular flaps 30 are provided so as to be connected to said interval prescribing pieces 29. A buffer body 32 due to a honeycomb structure is provided between the flaps 26 of the end panels 17.
