PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition which is excellent in melt and heat stability and can give a product low in a fish eye content and excellent in transparency, by mixing an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate with a specified polyamide resin and a fatty acid ester. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition is obtained by mixing an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate (A) of an ethylene content of 20-80mol.%, a degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate part >=90mol.% and an intrinsic viscosity [in water (15%)-containing phenol solution, at 30 deg.C] of 0.7-1.5dl/g with a polyamide resin (B) in an amount to give a weight ratio of A to B of 98-2/2-98 and satisfying the relationship: Y>=X+5, preferably, Y>=X+10 wherein X is the terminal carboxyl group content (eq/g. polymer) and Y is the terminal amino group content (eq/g. polymer) and a fatty acid ester (C) comprising a 10C or higher fatty acid with an alcohol in an amount to give a weight ratio of C to A/(A+B) of 0.05-5/100. This composition is melt-molded at 150-270 deg.C.
