PURPOSE:To attain the connecting even when it is not known where a callee is when callee discrimination information is known by providing a memory means to store the callee discrimination information inputted to a managing device. CONSTITUTION:At the managing device 1, a memory means 14 to store the inputted callee discrimination information is provided. The managing device 1 sends the callee discrimination information of a desired callee to an exchange 2 when calling is executed, the exchange 2 sends the callee discrimination information to the managing device 1 stored in the exchange when the callee discrimination information is received, and a control means 10 of the managing device 1 retrieves the discrimination information corresponding to the callee discrimination information out of the discrimination information registered in the memory means 14. When corresponding callee discrimination information is retrieved, a response signal is sent to the exchange 2, and therefore, the managing device 1 at the callee side is connected through the exchange 2 to the managing device 1 at the callee side. Thus, it is not necessary to even consider even where the callee is or where the person is and the device can be connected to the managing device closest to the callee.
