发明名称 PRODUCTION OF OPTICAL DISK SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable photoirradiation from both faces and to improve productivity by using a light transmissive stock for a mold for molding an optical disk substrate having rugged structure. CONSTITUTION:A resist layer 12 is formed on the light transmissive substrate 11 and the prescribed positions thereof are irradiated with light to form a resist pattern 14; thereafter, the film of the light transmissive material 15 is formed. The resist 12 is then removed and the light transmissive material 15 formed on the resist 12 is removed, by which the mold 16 for molding the optical disk substrate having the rugged structure is fashioned. This mold is reproduced. The optical disk substrate is produced by using the mold 16 for molding the optical disk substrate having the rugged structure obtd. in such a manner and curing a photosetting resin between said mold and a transparent press plate 17 by photoirradiation from both faces. The substrate for the optical disk which has the high productivity and does not warp is thus obtd.
