摘要 PURPOSE:To observe the whole sky at an immobile position by catching hold of a celestial body by a finder, putting it into a visual field of a telescope, and also, reading a right-ascension scale and a declination scale on a celestial sphere displayed in the visual field, while executing an observation. CONSTITUTION:A lens barrel 1 of a telescope is fixed exactly in the direction of the North Pole in the sky, and erected vertically to a state that light passes through, by setting one side of reflector supporting metallic fittings as a supporting point. A fixed star whose right-ascension and declination are known on the celestial sphere is caught hold of in the center. A reflector 5 interlocks and moves, and its fixed star is observed in the center of the visual field of the telescope, as well. By only aligning a right-ascension scale of its fixed star which is known already, with a calescence point of an optical fiber on the right-ascension scale of this time, the right- ascension scale is aligned automatically. As for the right-ascension scale, the optical fiber arrayed like a half-moon, and a transparent dial are combined so as to be rotatable, and from the calescence point of the optical fiber of the right-ascension scale and the declination scale which can be looked at in the visual field, its position can be known easily and exactly. In such a way, in a state that the telescope is in a prescribed attitude, the whole sky can be observed.
