PURPOSE:To prevent input errors and the deterioration of development efficiency by causing a computer device to urge users to take rest in accordance with the used state of respective input devices. CONSTITUTION:A means for counting the number of inputs 1 counts the number of inputs from respective input devices. With comparing the means 1 and a stop interval storage means 2, the used state of respective users of the computer device is judged and whether to make the users rest is decided. With an input stop means 4 and a message display means 5, the users are urged to take rest based on the result. An input releasing means 6 resets a system to a normal operation after rest. Thus, the fatigue of the users can be prevented and input errors and the deterioration of development efficiency are prevented.
