PURPOSE:To attain the assembling of a connection device by sending a release signal commanding the release of loopback state, detecting the release signal from the outside so as to release the loopback state without hindering the consecutive operation of the system. CONSTITUTION:A connection device 22 sends a release signal 3 to an active transmission line 11, a connection device 21 detects the release signal 3 to release the loopback state of itself and relays and sends the release signal 3 in the downstream of the active transmission line 11 altogether. The release signal 3 relayed and sent by the connection device 21 is detected by a connection device 23 to release the its own loopback state, then the normal connection state is restored and the reassembling of the connection device 22 is finished. The relayed release signal 3 is cancelled by the connection device 22 being a sender. Thus, the reassembling is attained without hindering the consecutive operation of the system by having only to operate the connection device to be reassembled.
