PURPOSE:To make it possible to readily carry out work to open holes for plant cultivation, by constituting a breadth part corresponding to the plant cultivation part in an intermediate breadth part of an agricultural polymer film with a shrinkable film perforable at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:Both left and right ends and central part of an agricultural polymer film 1 having a constant left and right breadth is constituted of a nonshrinkable polymer film (1b) to integrally constitute the part between the central polymer film (1b) and the left and right polymer film (1b) with a shrinkable films (1a) perforable at a low temperature, such as about 80-150 deg.C. The resultant polymer film 1 is spread on levees 3 so that the polymer film (1a) may correspond to the top surfaces of the levees 3. A small-sized hot iron 4 heated at about 130 deg.C is then applied to the part of the shrinkable film (1a) to make holes 2 at a regular interval. Thereby the holes 2 are rapidly extended left, right, back and forth to form the aimed holes 2 capable of transplanting seedlings of vegetables.
