摘要 The invention relates to a process for conditioning lime slurry, preferably carbonation slurry, which is obtained from extraction purification in sugar factories and can be used as fertilizer or animal feed. The aim and object of the invention are to provide a process by which a granulated, dust-free lime product can be prepared and can be immediately used as fertilizer or animal feed with reduced environmental pollution. According to the invention, lime slurry having a moisture content >/= 30% by mass is dried in a fluidized bed at a temperature of </= 470 K and a drying rate of 0.65-0.85 kg water/kg dry material h with possible addition of fine-grained product and optional addition of active substances and components to give a dust-free granulated lime material.
