The lapping-machine contains two congruent coaxially positioned machining disks, as well as a ball magazine surrounding the machining disks, composed of a stator and a rotor, provided with element(s) leading the balls between the disks. The common axis of the suitable formed machining disks encloses an angle with the axis of the ball magazine having a rotor with continuously adjustable speed of rotation and with means for the adjustment in height. Further, a main spindle which is supported in bearings of high accuracy and driven by a change-pole motor with interconnection of a speed-reducing and relieved transmission, guide rods arranged parallel to the axis of the main spindle for stiff guiding of the upper machining disk, a guided clamping hub for receiving the upper machining disk, further, a hydraulic cylinder - the pressure of which being continuously controlled during the processing - and a transmitting element for transmitting the hydraulic pressure to the machining disks during the processing.
