<p>It is very problematical to fasten components on the outside of tubular or rod-shaped objects or to couple pipes or bars together to form frame structures. There is also a requirement to fasten tarpaulins on frame structures or to fasten eyelets anywhere on a tarpaulin and that these eyelets can be movable. This has been achieved by means of an arrangement which comprises an inner tubular part 3 and an outer tubular part 4 which both have their own longitudinal opening 5, 6. These extend along the entire length of the parts 3, 4. The inner tubular part 4 has an outer surface 7, the circumference of which decreases in one longitudinal direction of the part, and an inner surface. The outer tubular part has an inner surface 8, the shape of which corresponds approximately to the shape of the outer surface 7 of the inner tubular part. By longitudinally displacing the outer 4 and the inner 3 tubular part relative to one another, it is possible to secure the arrangement on the outside of the tubular or rod-shaped object. If appropriate, a tarpaulin 1 can simultaneously be secured between the inner tubular part 3 and the tubular or rod-shaped object 2. <IMAGE></p> |
