<p>PURPOSE:To decide the state of the suction of a component rapidly and accurately while miniaturizing the whole device and reducing the cost of the device by collating vacuum-degree information each time when it is detected by an analog output type vacuum sensor with a vacuum-degree decision value each time when it is stored in a CPU. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum generator 10 is installed to an air circuit 9 connected to a suction nozzle 4, and an analog output type vacuum sensor 16 is mounted between the suction nozzle 4 and the air circuit 9 to the vacuum generator 10. When the suction nozzle 4 sucks a component 5 in a vacuum, vacuum-degree information each time when it become in a steady state is detected by the analog output type vacuum sensor 16, and the vacuum-degree information is collated with a vacuum-degree decision value each time when it is stored in a CPU 12, thus deciding the state of suction of the component. Accordingly, the suction of the component is quickly decided precisely while the whole device can be miniaturized and manufacturing cost can also be reduced.</p> |
