<p>An appliance for the mixing and/or transfer of a substance, particularly a medical solution. The appliance comprises a first unit (2), with one or more connection apertures (10, 14) for connection to external containers (12, 16) and a second unit(4) which is connected or connectable to a substance container (6). Devices (44, 34) are provided on said first and second units (2, 4) for connection of the two units to each other.
