A method for mafg. the sterilizing and water-cleaning filter comprises (i) filling beteen two ( up and down) permeable nonwoven fabrics (11')(11") (coated with adhesive on the inner side only) with silver-added active carbon (12') (obtd. by adsorbing water soluble silver salt i.e. silver nitrate and reacting with same equiv. of NaCl) and untreated active carbon (12") by alternating (12') and (12") in repeating; and (ii) heat-sealing nonwoven fabrics.
