Boiler grate fuel-feed system

The fuel-feed system is for a grate with blow-back preventer and burning organic fuel. It is particularly for a steam boiler of small capacity burning conventional solid fuel and also waste from a plant-preparation factory. - A plate is mounted level with the bottom surface of the regulator for the height of material on the grate, to form a passage between it and the latter, before which is a delivery stage plate. Thus modification is easily carried out to suit organic fuel of less density than that normally used. (1)
