Device and application procedure for forming waterproof barriers-diaphragms by injecting and imprinting plastic foil in the ground belongs in construction industry, closer to the domain of hydro construction and hydraulics, as well as ground work, and specifically refers to device and application process for forming waterproof barriers and preventing the penetration of water through the ground.This is accomplished by subject device consists of pile (1) made of quality steel in shape of rectangular plate, with longitudinal steel ribs (6) for stiffening, along which are axially fixed pipes (7) for injecting sealing mass and cutter (2) for injecting into soul foil (4) which is fixed to the cutter (2) by a wedge (3), so as effectively penetrates in the ground through the gap that traces the lance tip (13) of the cutter (2). After inserting piles (1) into the ground it is pulled vertically, and foil (4) remains in the ground, whose sequence is forming waterproof barrier defense.
