PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash capable of preventing outside air from making an entry into a room from a drain hole or preventing indoor flames from spurting to the outside, a when fire breaks out.SOLUTION: A sash 1 includes a sliding screen 3, and a frame 11 for holding the sliding screen 3. A sill 15 of the frame 11 has a hollow part. A drain hole 42 for discharging water within the hollow part to an outdoor side is formed in the sill 15, and a thermal-expansion fire-resistant material 32e is provided within the hollow part of the sill 15. The thermal-expansion fire-resistant material 32e is expanded by heat generated in a case of fire to block an airway passing through the drain hole 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
