PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support frame of a vertical shaft windmill, in which rotors are arranged in the shape of a plurality of laminar layers, and an aseismic base isolation vertical windmill for suppressing the vibrations of the vertical main axis, which accompany the rotations of the rotor.SOLUTION: In an aseismic base isolation vertical shaft windmill 1 having a plurality of lateral frames 3, at the central portion of a support frame body 4 assembled in a solid by a plurality of columnar bodies 2, a rotor 13 is fixed on one vertical main shaft 11 vertically supported, and the lower end part of the vertical main shaft 11 is connected to an electric generator 5. In the windmill thus constructed, the upper end part of the vertical main shaft 11 is supported by ordinary means. The quakes of the vertical main shaft 11 accompanying the rotations occur at a lower part around the upper end part. The electric generator 5 is supported through aseismic base means 9 on a base G so that the entire vibrations are suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
