<p>The device is designed specially for gunite machines for fibrous materials. It enables extraction of the fibrous raw material in the form of wool from the container of the machine automatically without attendance. The device consists of a packer roller (1), which is placed above the metering roller (3) and above the end of the packer conveyor (2), which is adjacent to the metering roller (3). Both the rollers (1, 3) are equipped with spikes (5, 6), which fit into one another. The guide body (4) joins the metering roller (3) from the far side of the packer conveyor (2) in such a way that it interferes in the space between the packer roller (1) and metering roller (3) at its upper edge. The direction of rotation of the packer roller (1) is identical to the direction of movement of the packer conveyor (2) and the direction of rotation of the metering roller (3) is reversed in relation to the direction of rotation of the packer roller (1). The circumferential speed of the metering roller (3) is higher than the circumferential speed of the packer roller (1) and the circumferential speed of the packer roller (1) is higher than the travelling speed of the packer conveyor (2). The effect of the device is substantially increased if the distance between the guide body (4) and the surface of the metering roller (3) is gradually decreased in the direction of its rotation.<IMAGE></p> |
