A data migration method of a memory system including first and second storage devices comprises: a step of performing a read operation of original data stored in the first storage device in response to a data migration request; a step of obtaining parameters of files included in the original data with reference to metadata of the original data; and a step of re-arranging the files included in the original data based on at least one of the parameters; and a step of storing the files included in the original data in the second storage device based on the re-arrangement.
