Novelty: gold ions-enriched wine prepared with organically-cultivated grapes via a specific preparation method is disclosed. Preparation process: a) washing of bottles and tools traditionally used for the production and bottling of wine, with water enriched with gold ions; addition of 18 gr of 24-carat gold per litre of water to the wine which should be preserved for a 60-min period at 99 deg.Celcius and high pressure into an enamel container; b) use of tools suited for the production and bottling of wine and having their moving parts covered by gold powder-and-bee wax mixture; c) impregnation of coin-like variable-weight gold into every wine bottle; d) bottling of wine; e) preservation of the wine preparation in a manner habitually applied to bottled wine preparations.
