PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that prevents a photosensitive layer of a photoreceptor drum from being locally peeled off in an area around an end part of a charge roller, and moreover, can execute an ATVC control with excellent accuracy.SOLUTION: An image formation device A is configured such that in a rotation axial direction of a photoreceptor drum 5, a charge region to be charged by a charge roller 6 of a surface of the photoreceptor drum 5 is wider than a transfer region where a current flows when applying a voltage to a primary transfer roller 17, and regarding the rotation axial direction of the photoreceptor drum 5, a shield member 100 reduces an amount of light of electricity-removed light L to be irradiated from a light source 20 toward a region outside of the transfer region inside the charge region including either end part of the charge region of the surface of the photoreceptor drum 5, and does not reduce the amount of light of the electricity-removed light L to be irradiated from the light source 20 toward inside the transfer area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
